Wheadon has served as the Curatorial Director at Rush Arts Gallery [New York] and Curatorial Assistant at The Studio Museum in Harlem [New York] and has guest curated and consulted for a diverse roster of international exhibition spaces including: ]performance s p a c e[ [London]; P.P.O.W. [New York]; Verge Emerging Art Fair [Miami/New York]; Talman + Monroe Gallery [Brooklyn]; The Roger Smith Hotel [New York]; and SCOPE International Art Fair [Miami/New York].

In her original works, Wheadon namely employs new media, experimental writing and found objects to document her research into the fields of human geography and comparative mythology.
